While I hold the medical profession in the highest regard for its dedication to healing, I've also observed the devastating impact of preventable illnesses and the need for greater patient empowerment. Chronic diseases diminish quality of life, affecting families on multiple levels. This realization sparked a desire to contribute to health and well-being in a more proactive way.
For over 20 years, I've been committed to excellence as a Physical Therapist. To expand my understanding of holistic health, I embarked on a year of study at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in NYC. This experience not only broadened my knowledge but also profoundly impacted my own health journey. IIN provided me with the skills to become the architect of my own well-being.
Now, as a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (2019), I empower clients to achieve optimal health through personalized, sustainable diet and lifestyle changes. I strive to create a compassionate and supportive environment, guiding clients towards their unique path to vibrant health. There's immense joy in helping individuals discover the many facets of health within their control and witness their transformation.
